Audarya Gupta
Audarya Gupta is a motivated entrepreneur and finance enthusiast with a strong commitment to social impact. He founded VentureBuz, an initiative to empower high school students with business and entrepreneurial skills, and has gained hands-on experience through the LaunchX program and an internship at PFS. Blending innovation with a sense of responsibility, Audarya is passionate about driving change in finance and social entrepreneurship, striving to make a lasting impact on his community and beyond.
My Story with Venturebuz.
A few years ago, as an 11th grader, I noticed my school’s business club was overly rigid, limited to 11th and 12th graders, and tightly controlled by teachers, leaving no room for student leadership. The club’s activities felt uninspired, doing little to foster genuine interest in business and entrepreneurship. When my ideas—like paper hedge funds and club restructuring—were dismissed, I decided to create something new.
This led to the birth of VentureBuz, a student-operated organization dedicated to providing a platform for skill exchange, competition, and learning from experienced peers. In June 2023, I gathered a talented team of 10 students, and VentureBuz began its journey. Today, we’re a community of over 150 students, with 10+ competitions hosted and collaborations building business clubs in schools. Through these partnerships, we’re showing schools the value of trusting their students and fostering leadership from within.
